Mayweather is the second smartest boxer/businessman in history behind only the greatest pound-for-pound boxer of all times (Sugar Ray Robinson)!!

Mayweather got his boxer/businessman blueprint from Robinson and parlayed it into a big success because he had the luxury of being born after Robinson and learning from his mistakes.

Floyd has a habit of letting the biggest or smartest fights money-wise marinate which is very smart and I knew all along that he was going to fight Canelo and Pacquiao!!!!

I never let the haters change my view of Mayweather as a boxer/businessman because I was once one.
Blind fanboyism at its best... This all makes sense uo to the point where you say "let's it marinate" lol that's code for he fights names and not best opposition..

But it's coo, hey you are his fan and whatever it takes to believe in his antics so you can feel good about your guy

What I get is Roach said they walked from a 50/50% fight because they didn't want tests they're happy to take now, yet someone else is to blame for the fight not happening???? Roach himself refutes your assertion that Mayweather walked from the first negotiations. If the demands were ridiculous then, why aren't they ridiculous now? If the only reason they're accepting them now is because of their standing, then that IS diva-like. You're saying Pacquaio has no choice but to accept less money, but Mayweather's the one being forced to take the fight?
When did I claim Floyd's being forced to take the fight? You're mixing me up with DLH. And obviously if he's b-side he has to make concessions he wouldn't make otherwise, that's the way the game is played. If anyone's the diva it's the guy who's insisting that someone takes tests that have never been required in the past because you're too scared to fight him and you can't understand why he's knocking people out. They started the rumours about him and then they want him to prove the rumours are false? Sorry champ but there's no reason for Pac to accept that when he was A-side. Now that they've seen he hasn't knocked anyone out at 147 he's grown some balls and agreed to fight him. Floyd even walked away the second round when Pac agreed to testing up to the day of the fight, so what's your excuse for that?

It's the topic of the thread. I'm stating that all these assertions dont add up. So Pacquiao asking for similar tests of Rios because, to quote Pacquiao "it's good for boxing" is him not being a diva right? How about the reason to accept the terms is because he's everything Mayweather isn't and just wanted the fight? Again, Holy filed accepted and whooped Tyson's a$$. They walked. I'll happily concede Mayweather's been an idiot since that because I'm no fanboy. But Roach stated they were at fault for the only real negotiations prior to the present one (check the vid). "He don't have to accept because he's tha A-side just don't cut it with me". I just wanted a fight back then and so should they (team Pacquiao) have. Seems like they're all divas when "they tha A-side" aren't they?

so let me get this straight, Pac who cant sell 1/3 of what Floyd sales for ppv should be the A-side, his own fans dont purchase his ppv's or he doesnt have as many fans as he thinks. Roach said it was their (pac and roach) fault for the fight not happening. He went from 50% to 40% and drug testing, this doesnt sound like A-side and you better believe Arum would not accept him as a-side if he wasnt. less fighters have beaten pac no fighters have beaten Floyd. And the pressure of going to jail, has forced Pac to accept b-side. Just a year ago he declined the same thing he accepted, yep he's b side and he's gonna get abused in the ring just like the b-side that he is. Remember, pac has nothing to bother Floyd, cause he hasnt had any of his power in 5 years. he's the smaller fighter and Floyd is gonna feed him right hands all night until he succumbs. Floyd is better outside, med-range, and inside. So all he has is a chance at a ko, and against the best defensive fighter of our era its not very likely but that is his only hope and as I mentioned, he hasnt had any ko power in 5 yrs, hell he's been ko'd more than he's ko'd anyone. “People think Floyd’s a runner, but he’s not. Anytime you see a fighter give Floyd ground in the ring, you see Floyd walk them down and cut off the ring. He’ll teach Manny how to proficiently cut off the ring.”
”Mayweather walks him down. Everyone thinks Floyd’s going to run, but he’s going to walk him down. That’s how the fight would play out.” Paulie Malignaggi

Coke fiend cross dresser is no different than anybody who previously opined that floyd would never fight manny. Instead of just saying "yeah, I was wrong" they come up with this stuff.

To quote rick james-******* is a helluva drug.

It's an insult to compare him to SRR, a guy who never ducked anyone and fought the most dangerous fighters multiple times. Floyd's legacy will always have an asterisk and he'll never be in the same Category as SRR/Louis/Ali or even Leonard/Hagler/Hearns/Duran.
I know what I meant to say! You have your opinion and I have mine. Floyd is not the wealthiest boxer by default; it because he have a business plan and follows it.

And to answer your question about Sugar Ray Robinson; little kid if only you know how I fill about him. Nobody and I mean NOBODY will ever be like him and I never compared Floyd to him.

I compared their business sense and that is totally different!!! Reading comprehension is great, you should try it!!!

                    Right!

Funny thing is when Mayweather was getting money with Oscar, exclusively fighting Goldenboy fighters only, where was this so called pressure to fight Top Rank's Pacquiao?!

                    Oscar stfu you ****** lol
