Rios- never been stopped. Has one of the best chins in boxing. PAC could have knocked him out if he wanted to

Margarito- bigger guy. Only stopped vs Mosley before that fight

Algeiri- knocked down six times. Was not let out the cage. Survival mode

Floyds punches couldnt break wind. Even though his punches hit people when theyre not expecting a punch he still never hurts anyone. He gets my respect now for taking the fight, but anyone who thinks Floyd is gonna willingly let a fight break out has manure for brains.

No longer has the killer instinct doe! The truth is there is no such thing as a "killer instinct", it was just promotional bs used to hype up recent Pacquiao fights. The reason why he hasn't been knocking people out is what you stated above: he's fighting bigger fighters with good chins.
