Cotto vs Lee would be a good test for June

We all know Cotto won't take the GGG fight in June mainly because Freddie Roach's time will be consumed with Pacquiao..

Side note: I can't believe how many people are acting like if Cotto is a known ducker. I know it's one thing to make fun of the diehard fans or "stans", but how dare you hardcore boxing fans pretend like he hasn't fought the best of this generation and given a good account for himself win or lose in the ring?

I like most want him to fight GGG. But my reason is to see a good match against the 2 supposed top dogs at 160lbs whether you agree with it or not. I'm sure the Cotto detractors are just hoping to see him get mauled and delivered back to PR to make more fun of the "stans", which makes those look just as bad as the stans.

Cotto's a completely different story. He's had the big paydays Martinez could only dream of for most of his career, in large part because he's Puerto Rican and not Argentinian like Sergio.

Very different circumstances mate.

Most people hated hard on Martinez wanting him to fight Golovkin, and especially when the Cotto fight was made. Much worse than they are on Cotto right now.
