Interesting point about the ESPN - HBO synergy. Where will HBO's next stars going to come from if all other TV outlets are controlled by Haymon? Gonna have to rely in foreign boxers with no previous American exposure.Comment

This is one of the most ******ed comments I have seen to date on this subject. Major networks won't drop boxing because they are not providing boxing programming. They are selling airtime to PBC on Saturday afternoons and evening, timeslots when the major networks don't offer any original programming.
Boxing is not getting a second chance because boxing doesn't need a second chance. It has been growing continuously for nearly 100 years and is now more popular than ever, even though it is only on cable.Comment

It's truly pathetic. A buch of whining pseudo businessmen complaining about boxing coming back to network television.
It's crazy how some of these fanboy idiots have resorted to hating cable executives and managers as if it's some kind of loyalty to the fighters they're in love with. Thankfully their impact on the sport is minimal.Comment

Someone actually pointed out that Haymon is buying time as if that's some terrible thing or something
