I'm dealing with what's record and who's accomplished what, not what some dumbass people were saying before canelo/mayweather. Bradley was established at 140, the best for that matter, moved up to 147 and grab some good wins. Even if you take off Pacquiao's win off his resume since that win is questioned, it doesn't take away from what Bradley accomplished at 140 and his win over JMM and Ruslan at 147. Canelo can't compete on his resume currently.
And Canelo was the consensus #1 fighter at 154. An excellent win. You'll have to face the fact that if you're asking who is the better win and not who is the better fighter, you have to look at their standing, their accomplishments and how they would have fared head to head.

    • The Canelo win is better it was the most dangerous fight. Manny did too Bradey what he did in the 1st fight accept the scores was correct this time. If they scored the 1st fight correctly their wouldn't have been a rematch. As for the Marquez win its looks good because of his P4P ranking but realistically JMM probably wouldn't trouble any other WW but Manny.

Bradley loses decisively. He loses decisively to Austin Trout too. I think right now Alvarez is the better win but both still have their careers to complete.
I'm actually not so sure about that. We'll see how Bradley does against Cotto but if he boxes and uses his feet he can fare well. Canelo is bigger but he doesn't use his size. He boxes, picks his shots and counters and he will not beat Bradley at that game.

Canelo can bring it if you wanna move around. He did pretty well against Lara. Lara, in spite of his movement, really isn't that great defensively. Same could be said for Bradley. I've heard him described as slick before. No, he's athletic. Skilled, yes. But not slick and he'd get rocked by Canelo.

He doesn't need to be slick. He has that quick in and out foot speed and he's an underrated counter puncher. Marquez even admitted he's one of the 3 best counter punchers in the sport. He struggled with Pacquiao because he has once in a generation hand speed and kept hurting himself trying to slip, duck and pivot.

I don't want to see him at 154 but if he were to go this would be the logical fight for him as opposed to Cotto who will apply pressure and wear him down.

Yet he still gets tagged quite a bit. And that's pretty much his biggest issue facing a much larger Alvarez who isn't exactly a dumb fighter in there.

No Canelo didn't do well against Lara.

Lara's corner told him to continue to do what he was doing and Lara did. They thought that they did enough to win the fight. Shields was furious with the decision. Lara's team cut it too close if you ask me. Canelo is the supposed future cash cow so Shields should have known better and that they did have to do more .... Shields knew the reasons for the decision and that infuriated him. In that sense, Shields was right but again, Lara should have done more each round to win convincingly.

                    • On paper, beating canelo sounds better, but in reality, canelo beat himself with that sorry ass of a plan. He came to "box" with the slickest boxer out there lol idiot.

Bradley at least put up a fight and was def trying to ktfo pacman but didn't deliver.

The manny Bradley fight was more entertaining.

But like I said, on paper it's the canelo fight

God the more I think of it the more I dislike the fugger

Props to maidana for bringing to mayweather, ginger learn thing or two about "pressing the advantage"
