Is Canelo the real deal?

I love Canelo's fighting spirit and the way he takes on everyone but he's an average fighter. Was in trouble against Cotto's brother and won his titles in a very dubious fight against Matthew Hatton. Trout robbed by open scoring and he lost to Lara.

How people think this ordinary fighter with extraordinary luck will maintain his position as the new draw of boxing I will never know.

He really ****ed up with that embarassing performance against Mayweather. Maybe he if made it competetive but he won a round.

Canelo is an alright fighter. If you are wondering if he can get that superstar status, he has already got it.

He's got some good wins on his record. He's an A level fighter but will NEVER be an A+, he's too flat footed and has very poor work rate and questionable conditioning.

He's got A+ marketability though thats for sure.
