Bhop is a minority partner but I would still bet that most his wealth came from what he earned in the ring. And I believe that most reasonable people would agree with that. But, you can keep twisting it in attempt to convince yourself, for what ever reason, that Bhop is unpopular and has no fan base. A boxer's net worth isn't the total amount they've made from their fights. Sorry you were unaware of this. Amir Khan has a net worth of 30 million but has never made more than a couple million per fight.

Hopkins highest purse was against De La Hoya. Next would probably be Trinidad or Pavlik. Notice a pattern? He always needs a popular dance partner to draw money. On his own, he doesn't draw ****. His fights with lesser names like Winky Wright and Chad Dawson completely bombed at the box office.

He didn't say that though did he? He said it's a lose-lose fight. He gains nothing from beating Hopkins. Bradley gained a career high purse regardless of what happened against Khan.

He doesn't want to risk losing to Hopkins, which is a possibility, because then he'd lose out on Chavez Jr if he beats Fonfora. He'd rather sit out and wait until the Chavez-Fonfora verdict. The Hopkins fight would happen at the same time as the Chavez fight. It's one or the other. In order to fight at the City Ground in Nottingham, it would have to happen in the summer. Froch plans on fighting Chavez in the summer.

That explains why your buddy Froch has earned some where in the neighborhood of $30 million plus in ring earnings and yet he has a net worth of around $20 million.
