People lie about how good Pernell is only because he's a past ATG, if he and Floyd switch eras, no one would tell that lie about him being better than Floyd!
pernell had little power. hard to keep guys off/away.

also pea fought the higher caliber opponents.

plus he was high half the time.

Pacquiao, he's what you can consider an old school, all time great, and he has the greatest resume.

Second. People who votes for Pacquiao, Are not really Pacquiao fans. They are just Mayweather haters,

FFS, Whitaker and Jones are both greater than Pac and Mayweather. Come on, people.

Are people even paying attention to the timeline??
                  It says 1990-2000s.

                  Roy Jones, hands down.

Floyd and Pac both did nothing in the 90s compared to what Jones did.

You see, Mayweather fans are real boxing fans, They appreciate the art of great defensive boxing.

So called Pacquiao fans (aka Mayweather haters) are not real boxing fans. They are just haters, They pray on the downfall of the Great Floyd Mayweather. They just want too see him lose, And it doesn't really matter to them who beats him.

They don't care that Pacquiao was beaten by Bradly, Knocked out by Marquez. They just want the man they hate to fail because they can't stand his success
