C'mon man Hearns was spent and had nothing left, you can't seriously be questioning the legitimacy of that stoppage?

But had he fought Duran a third time immediately after the second fight then people would say he was ducking Hearns to begin with and that the 2nd Duran fight was 'fixed' to set up the 3rd.... can't have it both ways, fact is he fought them all.

Hearns was in serious serious trouble. Ray Leonard closed the show.

I kinna want to say Roberto Duran.

Technically you could say he fought in five decades. Over 100 fights. Retried at 50.

Thing is Duran started in '68 and had a title by '72 so not sure if he counts as post-Ali era.

TS thought the classic divide and conquer would win Manny the poll. This isn't 2009/10, half of Manny's fans stopped watching boxing just over two years ago.
