Hopkins is right in some of the things he says. It is very odd that Froch would say it's something that greatly excites him and then says it's not something he can get up for in the space of 2 days.

Was he misquoted? I don't know, but sure is strange.

However, Hopkins is only pissed because the money is taking a walk and he doesn't have that many options left for a payday.

Who do I personally want him to fight? Ideally I'd like to see him face the best and that's Andre Ward. I would like to see him at least try to avenge the one blemish on his record. But I understand why that fight isn't happening

Who should he fight? Chavez Jr. It's the most lucrative fight out there for him so I understand why he wants that one. It's also in Vegas and will be a great event.

Hopkins is pointless on every single level. It brings no prestige to beat a 50 year old man who just got his arse handed to him in his last fight. It brings no money either. He might as well fight DeGale if he's going to fight someone in the UK.
