my honest opinion, cotto fans dont want to see canelo or ggg wreck cotto, and floyd fans dont want to see pac take that "0". the rest of the fans dont really want to see that re-run.

If the networks are negotiating this fight and once they are finished, the contracts will be produced and signed, why would Arum mention going in a different direction if the NETWORKS are not finished by the end of the month. Why would he say he would stick to the deadline?

To me that's dumb because I'm certain the networks will come to an agreement. It may not be at the end of the month but they will agree soon after.

Don't threaten to back out now. No one can blame Floyd if Arum backs out now because it's obvious the networks are the hold up in the negotiations. Not Floyd. Backing out at the end of the month to me is saying you really don't want the fight.

I'm still optimistic that this fight happens May 2nd. It will happen again in September if Floyd loses or if its close.

To speed up the standstill. There are other dominos to fall depending on how this plays out. They need time to promote the fight, May is not too far away.

LOL @ idiots everywhere saying September is better..more time to promote the fight... how would it be more time? Wouldn't they have to negotiate after May for the Sept. fight... that's more talking in circles nonsense..

Back in 2010 they were ready for the fight in March negotiating in January lol now we need more time to promote a fight that has been promoted already for 5 years...

Floyd offered $40 mil flat... until he accepts a reasonable financial split... what's the point of negotiating the fight? Pac accepted 60-40...is Floyd agreeing yes or no..that's all we need to know

For four long years it was about, "take the test and we'll have a fight." Now it's about Arum disappearing first. What a big joke this TBE guy is.

REally? It's the Networks? So Floyd agreed to 60-40 split? Show me evidence Floyd has officially agreed to a 60-40 split to make the fight happen...

I said this before and I'll say it again - This fight needs no promotion. All that is needed is for it to be announced. It has been promoted for the last 5 years. The minute it's announce it will be the talk of every website and every news outlet around the world. That's promotion enough don't you think?
