This is an in depth analysis so please no trolling. What I want to discuss is when did Floyd Mayweather Jr ruin boxing for you? I know this varies from person to person as it should, but at what point did you say I have had enough? Was it when he flaunted his narsistic persona after becoming the "cash cow"? Was it one of the many times he ducked and dodged a Manny Pacquiao fight? Was when his violent nature toward females became apparent? Was it when he said "Health comes first"? Was it when he retired avoiding top oppostiom via Margarito, Williams, Cotto, Pacquiao, etc? Was it when he consistantly overrated himself? Was it when he would avoid interview questions and make up complete lies saying he fights who the fans want him to fight? Was it when his blatant rascism became apparent towards Pacquiao? Was it when he hypocritically bashes PED's when he himself uses xylocaine to numb his hands (only illegal in Nevada)? Was it when he lies before a fight saying he will give a great competitive fight but instead runs and outpoints for a UD? I guess for a me its a culmination of all these things. I really want to hear the boxing fans moment when they knew Floyd Mayweather Jr ruined boxing. And to those trolls satirically backing Floyd, please take it somewhere else. Trying to have a civil discussion here.

Boxing is too big of a sport with to rich of history to be destroyed my one man. I will say though that if Pacquaio and Mayweather doesn't finally get made this time around Floyd, Pac, and Arum will have all done something special collectively to greatly hurt the sport.
Having said all that I'm inclined to think the hey day of they mafia running the sport with so many fixes was probably worse than one major fight not happening. Can't be sure since I wasn't around back the. But it makes sense in my head.Comment

Yea I think your right. Fixes and robberies just don't happen on the international stage of boxing this day in age....Boxing is too big of a sport with to rich of history to be destroyed my one man. I will say though that if Pacquaio and Mayweather doesn't finally get made this time around Floyd, Pac, and Arum will have all done something special collectively to greatly hurt the sport.

Floyd didn't ruin boxing. He just prevented big fights involving him from happening and his fanbase are the worst casual fans ever. Other than that, boxing is fine with or without Floyd. At one time the guy fought once a year and boxing survived, calm downComment
