arum has been very clear about what stipulations they have agreed to, if he was lying, espinoza could very easily say what he is lying about. is it the purse %, is it the date, is it the venue, is it the gloves, etc... instead, he just comes out and says "hes not truthful", that dont mean squat without specifics.
i bet if he was pushed for specifics about what arum is lying about, he would claim some dumb crap like "he is lying about floyd wanting the fight, floyd very much wants the fight"... and the spin goes on and on.

No one from Top Rank's camp has spoken out openly about the terms. Even when pressed in an interview Pacquioa's manager Koncz wouldn't confirm the date, site, etc.

Espinoza is s clown. He's standing up for his client, Floyd Mayweather. I'm sure they all want to go to the bank on this fight happening. But do open up what the hold up is. Let's hear from Moonves, HBO & SHO Presidents. I don't need to hear from Floyd; he's illiterate and can't read Harry Potter. I don't need to hear from Espinoza who brought us phenomenal fight card headlined by Garcia-SALKA, and cried why Oscar wouldn't help promote that card. Arum & Pacquiao have both said publically, "all that has been proposed to them in demands, they've agreed to all". "Sign the deal Floyd", is a figure of speech meaning, "hey we agreed to all your demands Floyd, now be in agreement with us". So is Arum & Pac have done their part... What else is left? What does the public not know about? What else is being considered? If there's more to negotiate, then they need to let Arum & Pacquiao know... Floyd & SHO say they are far from a deal, but don't disclose what else is still holding up a deal!!!! Phukk, communicate publically then the public doesn't have to guess who is full of BS, or speculate a sorts of scenarios that the public has no idea about. It seems pretty simple: If Arum is really lying about the negotiations, what specifically is he lying about? Just tell the public. If Arum has already set the precedent to talk outside of the negotiations, why not fire back with what specifically he's not being truthful on?

You have Pacquiao and Arum both saying to the public they're willing to take the 60-40 split, accepted the venue and also the OSDT. So what exactly is the holdup in negotiations as relates to Manny and Floyd? I understand that the networks still need to flesh out their part of the process, but what is it that's missing that is preventing the two boxers from coming to an agreement?
