It seems pretty simple: If Arum is really lying about the negotiations, what specifically is he lying about? Just tell the public. If Arum has already set the precedent to talk outside of the negotiations, why not fire back with what specifically he's not being truthful on?

You have Pacquiao and Arum both saying to the public they're willing to take the 60-40 split, accepted the venue and also the OSDT. So what exactly is the holdup in negotiations as relates to Manny and Floyd? I understand that the networks still need to flesh out their part of the process, but what is it that's missing that is preventing the two boxers from coming to an agreement?

There must be no contract to sign as Pacquiao himself has not signed on any contract. Usually, the verbal OK is enough, and then last minute minor transactions are added on the contract. Then sign the contract.
