    Oh wait...

Youre right. It could be another situation like that. Taking advantage of Oscar de la Hoya, who has been dealing with drug addiction and countless other problems, vs taking advantage of Les Moonves the head of CBS is on a completely different scale though.

Truth will come out shortly, one of Espinoza or Arum is full of it. I hope they can get through that BS to still make the fight. To say with complete certainty that one is more trustworthy than the other right now is unreasonable.

Man this gets old. If you are a fan of Floyd you believe Espinoza, if you hate him you believe Arum. I for one just go with whatever Pugmire says. He seems to be the only one without an agenda.

But again, my post was in response to you claiming there was only 1 other negotiation besides the present one. That was pure nonsense. Greenburg, who at the time had both Floyd and Manny under contract, made it clear Floyd ducked the fight for no conceivable reason to go on 'vacation'. Worst yet, his representatives outright lied to the media about it.

This is just History repeating itself. With Canelo poaching his date, don't be surprised to see Floyd taking much needed time off to slap the hell out of female family members/strippers/etc instead of fighting this Spring.
So you believe Moonves is an idiot who hired a Haymon stooge to lie using his name. Ok.

Agreed. However, over the past few days he seems not to know what's going on anymore....

Espinoza knows Floyd's marketability is under fire and losing fans.

                Operation damage control.

If he is telling the truth why not be specific and tell us what is holding the fight?

Fight purse? Ring size? Gloves? Referee? Weight? Ring girls? He couldn't go on specifics in the other hand Pac and arum did.

Sorry folks this guy is saving Floyd's rotten name coz there are 2 fights left in showtime contract.

Arum is the one who has been negotiating this alongside with Moonves. Arum is the one that would look like a fool to make these claims, and would anger Moonves. If they were still negotiating, Arums actions would ruin the fight. Since negotiations are over, nothing Espinoza has said makes any difference.

You keep conveniently ignoring Pacquiao is the first person that said he has met all his demands, and that he has signed the contract, and is waiting on Floyd. So Pacquiao is a shameless liar now? No, he has never done this. If they were still negotiating Manny would never claim they weren't. The fact you keep ignoring this part means even you realise this about Pacquiao.

Espinozas job requires him to lie. You honestly think Floyd would agree to the fight, without requiring some damage control? You think he's going to let it stand as, " Floyd didn't want the fight, but got pressured into it, and finally signed the contract"?
yes this sounds very plausible but you could also say that mayweather hasnt signed it yet. it could just be an attempt to deny ducking as the reason negotiations failed.

Thats the part of common sense you dont get , he didnt say he back's the video , he said thanks for clearing that up , that comment can refer to one comment in the video , it does not mean he is agreeing with every single thing Ariza said , you need an English lesson or better still a human nature people lesson .

Ive said a million times taking things out of context is wrong .

why do people spend it as damage control? Everybody is reporting manny and arum agreed to terms that's a fact, there's no contracts to sign because network issues need to be resolved that's a fact, floyd can't draft up anything to sign until network situation is resolved because he will be the lead promoter for fight he has more hands in the cookie jar then pacman does it's quite simple to understand but yall continue to bicker back and forth he has more say so being lead rebroadcast rights brings in extra money to his promotional company etc this wouldn't even be a debate if hbo agreed to same terms they had for Tyson vs Lewis fight but they won't because they have less confidence in manny winning
