It's pretty simple, Floyd makes demands, Manny agrees to them, Floyd adds a new demand, Manny says "but we already agreed to the old ones", Floyd stalls for a year

Everything I've read or heard coming from Floyd or his people recently leads me to believe that Floyd won't fight Pac because of his un dying hate for Bob Arum. It all goes back to how much Floyd hates Arum it's a pride thing.
