Oh ok great. No big fights. Vanilla bums like Fonfara will bring boxing back to the masses.
Golvokin vs Cotto is a terrible fight and another example of people living vicariously through their favorite fighter/wish-fulfillment. It's so transparent.

A terrible fight? Lol...I have no attachment to either fighter but I still want to see it because it's a big fight.

Boxing would be dead if guys like Fonfara were carrying it just to please a few hipster forum dweebs

Why not just have Floyd fight celebrities or other people in the public eye in that case, it would be a big fight freak show.

Using your logic, Cotto Vs Mayweather II should happen over Cotto vs Golovkin. Big fight and great for the sport doe.

Not really using my logic but I'd rather see Cotto-Mayweather II than ever watch Andrejz "Who gives a ***?" Fonfarna. You're talking about elite names and then comparing it to some vanilla journeyman.

Cotto-Mayweather II would not be good because we've already seen it and it would be an extreme comedown from the proposed Pacquiao fight. Cotto-Golovkin and Froch-Chavez are fresh fights.

Pro tip: PPVs do absolutely nothing to grow the sport other than keep it isolated within its niche fanbase.

Chavez vs Fonfora on free network TV (if it happens on NBC, which is likely) is actually good for the sport.

I'm pulling hard for Andrzej Fonfara, he put up a great fight against Adonis Stevenson and I really liked what he said in the post fight interview. So I hope he wins this one and I hope he wins by knockout.

                  No way.

Fonfara's going to ruin the payday for everyone, who saw that coming?

Nah bro, he's a "vanilla journeyman".

Same guy who thinks Floyd vs Khan is a legit fight said it, so it must be true.
