That would be because Martinez isn't a draw. Manny has bigger star power than Cotto and he only got like 350k with Rios. PPV needs a B-side people aren't paying for crap fights anymore. It also can't be that much of an epic failure, that low number still did more than Canelo's two previous bouts.
