False, fighters will turn down more money for the same reason they do now, fear of losing then making less money on the next fight. losing their marketability

UFC problem is that guys like Brock Lesnar, GSP and Rampage Jackson left or retired and UFC haven't done a good job building up new talent in their absence!
Well you just answered you're own question. Numbers are down in general because they can't create new stars.

UFC from 2005 (when they got big) until 2011 (when they bought strikeforce)

= a ton of significant fights not happening since they refused to co-promote and instead poached talent and helped run other promoters out of business.

Since then they control 90% of the market, yet PPV, ratings, gates are all down. They were once seen as innovators and now they look like they are out of ideas.

Haymon is not even a real promoter, so no this won't work. One thing i'll give Haymon compared to the UFC is that he pays his guys.

If this happens it will be the cold war x10.

You have to be -blind- or a fanboy not to understand this. Now if Haymon was open to working with others then it's completely different.

Dana couldn't even get Anderson Silva and GSP to fight and he couldn't get Fedor and Randy Couture/Brock Lesnar to fight even though he pays them peanuts compared to what Boxers get paid. He's a joke of a promoter.

As far as belts goes, no don't think create their own belts is a great idea because of the HISTORY in those Belts.

Maybe, WBC and WBA recent agreements and them trying to get more organized could be part of Haymon's long term plan, also the IBF suppose to be joining that agreement as well. This way fighters can then officially unify titles.

Of course the typical trolls on this forum are now against trying to put everything under one roof in boxing because it is Al Haymon who is organizing it. NO SUPRISE!
Wrong again, under one roof doesn't mean 1 scumbag promoter it means a federal commission

If Haymon refuses to work with other promoters, he's no better than Arum, and Goldenboy - although the latter two appear to be slowly, but surely mending terms.

I mean, Haymon has a solid stable, but how many good matchups can he make?

Garcia, Guerrero, Thurman, Broner can all fight each other.

If he CONSISTENTLY makes fights like he is this March with Guerrero/Thurman, then I got nothing bad to say.

I'ma take it one fight-card at a time, doe. Boxing is way too fickle.

He's got a lot of ground to make up for all the harm he's caused boxing. Rmemeber how many slots, and HBO's boxing budget he wasted with Berto, and Dawson? Ugghhh, Dawson... Berto v Hernandez for the WBC title still makes me cringe.

According to Google trends, the lack of sponsor interest, general feeling of the fans, and the TV ratings.

You claim that their last PPV did good numbers, but the UFC numbers aren't required by law to be released because its a private company. Rampage Jackson already admitted that Dana added on an extra 200,000 PPV numbers on to one of his fights to con the media in to thinking it did a million buys.

Among other shady verbiage which he can manipulate when it come time to make serious money which he can control everything. But fools will learn how this game is played the hard way.

Haymon will be mock by all sports experts. It's not like boxer are going to come out drop kicking fools. We already got that it's called MMA.

Al made this into a joke and the WBA, WBC and others now see the picture and no other choice but to unify.
Al "Da ****** ***er" Gaymond ain't going to get very far if he's trying to shut out HBO. they are a huge part of the fight game. If he really wants to make it he'll have to work with hbo
