Yep this is why I hope that this whole scenario isn't true. Yes boxing needs stronger universal rules, but with this one stop shop thing is a joke.
We'll see how it will all play out soon...Comment

Well it really doesn't matter what "WE WANT" it is what the fighters want and fighters WILL FOLLOW THE MONEY! PERIOD! Fans get all in their feelings and want it to be about them SO BAD but in actuality, it has nothing to do with them. What are you going to do..."NOT WATCH A FREE NETWORK TV EVENT BECAUSE ALL THE FIGHTERS ARE FIGHTING FOR 1 BRAND"We want boxing under one roof as far as a governing body, not under one promotional company that's absolutely horrible idea. The UFC model simply cannot work well in boxing. You want one promoter creating their own league and belts, are you mad? You think there is division now just wait and what this would cause. Guys like Golovkin and hundreds of other great fighters wouldn't be able to participate unless they get out of their contracts and join this league? Lol **** that
Casual Fans, the people who actually spend money on PPV and Buy Tickets instead of spending most of their time b1tching on the internet, they don't care about all this extra stuff that people on this forum care about. They will tune if the product is good and the best is fighting the best.
So those on the outside looking in...TOO BAD! When they become a Free Agent either they Join or they stay on the outside looking in struggling to find a quality opponent and a good Payday! However I don't think it is going to be like that, I think Haymon will keep things open as far as matching up his fighters against fighters on the outside!Comment

Ok I read dans chat. He only said the part about haymon possibly having shows on splke tv which some of us knew. And the cbs part part was cause Espinoza kept saying this is good for showtime or whatever. Having his own league like ufc he didn't say that was gonna happen. Someone asked and Dan said he thinks haymon will try it. Hardly anything confirmed the whole post is speculationComment

UFC Fading? According to who? Jones vs Cormier just did good PPV Numbers how in the hell is that considered "FADING"?
UFC problem is that guys like Brock Lesnar, GSP and Rampage Jackson left or retired and UFC haven't done a good job building up new talent in their absence!Comment
