What happened to the IBF being strict on mandatories?

Peterson hasn't fought his mandatory since January 2014, Froch fought his in May and the IBF are already pressuring him yet a fake steroid champ Peterson can do what he wants.

Fuck Garcia too, he's had more fights above the LWW weight limit in his career but refuses to move up where he belongs.

In regards to Garcia that's not unprecedented. Roberto Duran did the same thing when he was the lightweight champion. Garcia will move up eventually and has plenty of time to do it.

Pac, Floyd, Thurman, Bradley, Brook, Khan, Porter, Marquez and Alexander are better than Maidana. The first 6 are A+ to B fighters, I'd say Maidana is B-

I agree it won't be easy, it would be competitive throughout. I can't really see there being a stoppage so I think either can win a close decision.

Thurman hasent fought a single top fighter. Maidana has beat good fighters and been competetive against top oposition. Thurman needs to prove himself, he cant be graded on potential.

Khan is a talented fighter with a weak chin and low boxing IQ. He beat Maidana but he went through hell to do it. Bradley might be better then Maidana but he aint levels above him, Maidana is better then provo who gave bradley a great fight.

Porter and Maidana might go either way and Marquez is my favourite fighter but Maidana might beat him if they fight right now ( 2 years ago he would destroy Maidana).

Maidana is a top five welter right now.
