Khan went through hell for 1 round. Maidana won a couple of other rounds without dominating. Bradley fought with emotion against Provodnikov. Maidana would only beat Marquez if Marquez is shot.

Maidana is not even close to being a top 5 welterweight. He's barely in the top 10.
