You really think if Pac/May gets signed, he's going to really going to compete with that? I can see him fighting on the undercard or moving the date. Well then he should carry on. Just because he's married to one date doesn't mean Cotto has to bend to his will.

Likewise it wouldn't be wise to marry himself to one opponent when Cotto isn't ready to commit himself. Cotto is a smart business man for not committing, yet Canelo is a dummy for seeking a backup plan.

Also I don't get where you guys are getting this ridiculous idea that Alvarez wants to battle May/Pac for PPV buys. If that fight were to go down there's absolutely 0% chance Cotto/Canelo takes place on the same night. Oscar has clearly stated the obvious before.
