I just read in El Nuevo Dia the Puerto Rican newspaper that he has instructed Golden Boy to look for a new opponent for him, for the May date. They quote Arum who said he just got a call from Oscar telling him this. Apparently Canelo is tired of waiting on Cotto.

Everything's being held up by the May/Pac crap, I can't blame Alvarez for getting impatient. Canelo's too young to be this inactive, he should've taken a quick fight on non-ppv card before the May fight anyways. Too bad Matirosyn is with Haymon, he would have been a good choice.Comment
