I like both of them but i lean towards Manny because he has been the most consistent of the two. He fought twice a year and taking out the bradley bs loss and the marquez knock out he has beaten every man they put in front of him. Floyd "retired" got in trouble with the tax man had to borrow money from oscar and came back after ducking the entire welterweight division which was stacked. Has fought B fighters except for Cotto and mosley fighting only once a year from 2009-2012 and was forced to fight Canelo after his crap ppv buy from his first showtime fight. 2 fights with Maidana? come on?

That made no sense at all and only fueled his ego.

Hell, why wouldn't Pac at least take a fight with someone the public has called for? If the Floyd fight doesn't pan out, I can promise you NOBODY wants a Vargas/Pac fight or any other Top Rank opponent for Manny (ala Mikey Garcia, Jessie Vargas, or any other lighter weight potential opponents that have been hinted as potential future opponents for Pac).
The Maidana fight didn't warrant a rematch, BUT you have dumb*****s who said Maidana did enough and deserved the rematch directly after the fight. When guys like Maidana are called cherry-picks, what the hell are fights with Rios or Algeiri???? truth is, they either need to fight eachother or give the younger fighters a chance-simple as that.
As far as saying Floyd didn't want the fight...well, that's kinda goofy considering that it is an actual fact that he initiated the 2 negotiations. Not in his words, not in opinion, but factual.
We know why the first negotiations broke down-it was over randomized drug testing.Manny also wanted to only be tested 3 times in which he picked the dates....so it's hard to blame Mayweather here.
When Pac was offered $40,000,000 plus 35% backside-it is hard to blame Mayweather. The truth is, people can say Floyd is "pricing himself out", but in reality and in business, isn't Manny pricing himself out????Last edited by damned1974; 01-06-2015, 12:50 AM.

I gave Floyd credit for fighting Canelo but it was forced on him because of his crappy ppv and floyd knew he would take out the youngster. At least Manny Fought marquez twice Fought Bradley twice and Rios was his comeback fight. Marquez top 5 P4P Bradley top 5 P4P in the rematch and was undefeated. In the end though both of them have run out off opponents that we has fans want so they need to fight eachother.
