        Damn ... Your wrong!!! My dad grew up in the same Provence the mentality of Filipinos are so much different then Americans!
        My dad faught in Vietnam and came to America and provided for his family but the one thing I was always taught was money doesn't define you.
        I've been to Philippines and have seen how they live ! Trust me the last thing they think about is money.

                      Ummm....you are wrong. To put your theory to the test, ask your father and Pac to return to poverty....

                      Money doesn't define you, of course, but nothing is worst than not having the means to provide for your own independence or for your family....once you have had the comforts, poverty is more painful to return to...Filipino or not. My family as well as my wife's have had to endure these types of struggles and would do anything not to return to it.
