If Bob doesn't accept the offer given to him, than this young (opposite of past prime as the haters like to say) fighter will be just fine if the Cotto fight doesn't pan out.

Granted, I would much rather see Mayweather fight Brook if Khan doesn't fight him. Either way, it is a top opponent/mandatory fighter in the division he is fighting in.

Just don't expect PPV to be much more than Maidana fights. Which will still be a top PPV of the year.

The question will be, if Bob doesn't say yes, who will Pac fight? Vargas for $10-20 million? Which will sell 300 to 400K? In a fight that again, nobody will give a flying **** about? Meanwhile the welter weight division is hot and he will once again bow out. Same **** different year.

Fact is Mayweather Fights and retires often because at 40years old He still spends more than He Makes.He is forced to fight, Manny has a Politician salary and That salary is forever.even while you are retired you get that as an income.

Your not getting the point if some catastrophe happens like him losing his money to irs and taxes in the Philippines I guarantee you that it would not phase him!
He's been there before. Of course he's going to work hard but to say that they live by the dollar. Pac said he would fight Floyd Ina charity match which Floyd declined so therefore Manny deserves his fair share. Mayweather being a side against pacquiao doesn't mean a whole lot. Manny is still second highest Grossing star of all time right behind mayweather. Its not like mayweather has sold double or even one and a half times as many ppv's as Manny which would warrant a 60/40 or a 65/35 purse split.

Mayweather wants it to be like when he fight de la Hoya and de la Hoya got 50 million and he got 25 million. Which means de la Hoya got 2/3 of the revenue which is a 66/33 split. The problem is de la Hoya was the highest grossing ppv star ever and he had only sold a grand total of a million ppvs in 3 fights and he still negotiated for 66/33. Now he expects someone who has already passed de la Hoya and has generated almost the same numbers as him to accept the same or less than that and you guys think Manny should just accept it?

Lol its so obvious he is going to price himself out of the fight with an offer of 66/33 or some dumb number and you guys would say its mannys fault lol. If mayweather walks away from a 60/40 offer it will truly be all his fault because he hasn't even sold 1.5 times what pacquiao has not even near it to warrant that kind of split, so that offer is a tremendous loss on mannys part because he has earned almost as much as mayweather.
