Why would Ward's team offer a fight to a manager that doesn't want the fight?

They wouldn't, because they don't want the fight either.

you cant be this dense? (or perhaps you can be)

Loeffler NEVER said he "didnt want the fight", he simply said he doubted enough money would be there to make the fight a reality.

If you have a link to a statement where Loeffler says he "doesnt want the fight", please provide it.

If you actually READ the comments in the other link you provided, he clearly says that Froch and Chavez have fan bases and revenue to make those fights possible. With Ward no such revenue exists. So either you are ignoring the facts, or perhaps you share Floyd's reading challenges

reminds me of floyd fans defending floyd ducking and dodging by saying there is video of floyd calling out fighters as if that proved anything.

            TALK IS CHEAP.

I just dont understand ward fans. Ward has basically wiped out 168. He's been in the division for quite sometime. its not like he started at 147lbs and he's maxed out weight wise like say pacquiao or floyd, so why doesnt he just move up to 175 already and make his resume greater by adding light heavyweight champion to his resume.

Instead this guy is fishing for a 160 pounder.

Do the right thing ward and go up to 175 already. that's where the rest of your money and legacy reside (kovaelv, stevenson, pascal, hopkins).
maybe, just maybe, it has something to do with Team GGG spouting off that they would fight anyone from 154-168. Then when Ward and Lara answered the call, team GGG started back pedaling.

I've said it before, if team GGG thought he could beat Ward, this fight would get made.

I can agree with team GGG that this is not a wise business move, because at almost 33 taking a loss is never a good business move

Did you know that when GGG's manager contacted Ward's trainer to ask him if the fight was possible he was told that Andre would need a couple of tune ups first?

I've acknowledged what they said and I've said I'm fine with their position but why do GGG fans keep fronting saying "send an offer" when we know that Team GGG don't think there's enough money in the fight to take the risk of facing Ward?

                - GGG's team came out all hyped saying that everyone was ducking him and they'd fight anyone from 154-168.

                - Ward said he would fight them.

                - Tom Loffler was then forced into a public retraction of the original statement saying that they were "focused on 160" and that Ward didn't make financial sense to them.

                - Ward then said "fine, just stop mentioning my name".

Andre Ward may not be fighting much at the moment due to his promotional issues but his name is often brought up as a possible opponent for some of the big name

Those are the facts. I don't have a problem with Team GGG being unwilling to risk their boy against Ward yet. But don't make wild outlandish statements about how everyone is ducking you and you can't get big fights. Just makes them look ******.

                No because that never happened.

Then bring your ugly ass down to 160 to take that beating. The A side fights at his weight.

Why? Golovkin's the A side and is waiting to unify his division. Ward wants the fight he should move down, GGG is the A side and should not move up for him.
