2011 Victor Ortiz vs Andre Berto was The Ring fight of the year. Andre Berto was and still is managed by Al Haymon.
2013 Danny Garcia vs Lucas Mathysse was definitely a candidate but somehow it ended up going to Tim Bradley vs. Ruslan Provodnikov in their rock em sock em robots defense out the window slugfest.

Seriously, what exactly are you disagreeing with with what Lampley was saying? Is he right or wrong? You seem to be butt hurt as if Haymon is your uncle. This is boxing, not fake wrestling.
"You people" huh... I guess you pulled that one right out of the 1980's red neck handbook. Mostly everything that Jim Lampley says is either wrong or a bold faced lie. Have you ever listened to his commentary during fights? Phantom punches landed for the fighter he favors and totally ignoring punches landed for the fighter he doesn't favor. He does it all of the time. I'm defending the truth actually. So I guess the truth is my uncle. Lol... Is Jim Lampley your uncle? Why are you defending him; especially when he is so obviously full of crap?

Lampley mentioned Broner, Matthysse, Thurman, Quillin, Stevenson, Salka, sparring partner, etc. What he's saying about them is nothing new. Yet here you are......... royal waste of time. Happy predictable new year, doe.

Cinco De Mayweather bro! You already know what time it is and that's not a real question. You sound a lot like Jim Lampley right now. No wonder you're defending him so vigorously. Lol...

And everything that he mentioned about the above fighters was slanted and out of context just because he has and agenda to trash Al Haymon and Floyd Mayweather. Why would they make him TFG Person of the Year if they think he is so bad for the sport. It makes absolutely no sense.

Haymon's going to have to rebound big next year with all these fighters.

Haymon needs at least 3 networks to accommodate all these 130 fighters in his stable. Otherwise, families of fighters in this large stable will have a very hungry new year. With only 1.5 card for every 2 months, Showtime alone can't provide dates for all these fighters of his.
