I've been saying the same exact thing. And I don't have to be Ted Atlas or some super knowledgeable boxing expert. Matthysse and Broner lost their previous fights. If these are Top Rank fighters they would have fought shortly after their loses against Garcia and Maidana respectively. Instead, they fought nobodies twice in a row on 2 cards. And there is still no sign of them fighting. Just one example out of many.

Because this kind of hypocrisy is why the sport is where it is: people turning a blind eye because they like the messenger.

It deserves to be mentioned because Lampley will go on to endorse people getting ****ed by the same stick he is chastising.

Arum has produced fight of the year several times. When has Al?

Idiots like this is why boxing is getting worse by the day. They keep defending what ails the sport. All because of their love for the biggest duck in boxing history. They will defend anyone and anything associated with a duck. It's a new year, doe. You should disappear and start learning how to use your brain for a change.

            Remember Berto?
If that's the case why were Al Haymon's clients still fighting on HBO all the way up to the point that Golden Boy was banned? And why did they start working with them again as soon Haymon's right hand man at Golden Boy, Richard Schaefer resigned? Did Bob Arum wear out his welcome with Showtime? Because I don't see any of his fighters fighting on that network. Or is it just that Arum reneged on a deal to have Pacquiao fight there? Yet Showtime is not investing any of its resources into trashing Arum or any of his stable of fighters. And yes, I know who Andre Berto is but I fail to see how the mention of his name pertains to this particular subject.

All of the name calling and insults just proves that you don't know what you're talking about. But don't beat yourself up about it because boxing debates tend to bring out the beeyatch in everyone to a certain degree. You just have to learn to check your emotions when you feel yourself getting angry and hear your mind thinking irrational thoughts. Real talk...

You people are predictable. There's a site for you called floydhype.com. Go there and you'll be guaranteed yes responses.

Seriously, what exactly are you disagreeing with with what Lampley was saying? Is he right or wrong? You seem to be butt hurt as if Haymon is your uncle. This is boxing, not fake wrestling.
