If those # s are true that's cool seems decent. But I went to the fight honestly it wasnt a sell out , dont get me wrong the atmosphere in the building was wicked. But almost everyone was there to see Pac. in Hong Kong there was no buzz at all everyone I talked too had no idea that there was a fight happening at all.
I was in Hong Kong and Shenzhen during one of the Macau fightcard weekends and if it werent for my boxing addiction I would have no idea that card was going on. I asked around but all I got were confused faces, ended up giving up and going to the night market
"The capacity crowd at the Venetian resort in Macao were suitably impressed, but beyond that, the news garnered little attention. The actual number of people who tuned in to watch at least one minute of the fight from the mainland turned out, according to CSM Media Research, to be well below 2 million, but Arum***8217;s absurd prediction ***8211; somewhere between wild optimism and outright lying ***8211; was still the number that grabbed the most attention."
