correct me if i am wrong, cash cow means one who generates steady profit for other not for himself. i.e. cow produces milk for the farmer not for the cow.
to make it a bit clearer.

Pac is a cash cow for his opponents because they get more fighting Pac than everyone else i.e. Maidana fighting Floyd gets 1.5 Rios fighting Pac gets 4 million (these fgures are based on what poster here says)
