Also to add, I've always said this, Pacquiao did things in a way that told me, he realistically never wanted to compromise. Rather than show the world he was down to take OST against whatever opposition that stood in front of him, when his name was really getting a bad rep, he waited until Rios to do it.

Well back when mayweather vs pac first became huge and both guys were on top team mayweather decided to accuse manny of cheating to the public, rather than make the fight and demand vada behind closed doors. This is one of the biggest reasons I believe the fight didnt happen back then. Not really sure why Paulie is so upset to this day about it.
