2. He wanted to know in advance when they were coming.
3. He didn't want them showing up within 30 days.
Basically, he wanted to ruin the integrity of testing. I don't really care about how he should've won the PR war. I just wanted the fight. If he could take the test for Rios, he should have been able to test it for Mayweather.
