    i don't know u might be right.

maybe that was floyd's last offer. thought it was manny's. it has been 5-6 yrs. not sure.

but can we talk about MY point. pac's pr screwed it up. that's what i was posting to isaac.

that was my whole point. whatever testing pac agreed to it was more than standard but his pr blunders made it looked like he didn't want any tests.

Maybe. But then again...they would have never forgotten if they supported the facts in the first place. They totally supported Pacquiao wanting to compromise the testing.

Because you can't compromise testing. Either you're doing it or not. Obviously he didn't want to do it. Simple. Can't agree to "unannounced testing" and then ask for it to be "announced." He turned down unannounced testing so he didn't agree to squat.

Facts huh? Like Floyd and his team(acting on his instructions) deliberately derailing the negotiations with his PED accusations....or did you conveniently forget that?

Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) didn't want any blood testing but had agreed to take three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would have taken place next week; one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight; and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would have been subject to the same testing procedures.

Arum said Pacquiao agreed to shorten the window for a blood test to 24 days before the fight.

There was no 14 days or 15. It was 30/24. And Pac fans cheered it on . Now most "don't remember the details."
1 blood test start of camp, 1 random blood test around middle of training camp and 1 blood test fight night?

              plus multiple urine tests right?

              sounds good to me.

It wasn't, they agreed to drug testing terms just a year later, everything Floyd asked for, and were still turned down.

                • In a statement released Tuesday night through the mediator in the case, the Mayweathers said they "wish to make it clear that they never intended to claim that Manny Pacquiao has used or is using any performance-enhancing drugs, nor are they aware of any evidence that Manny Pacquiao has used performance-enhancing drugs."

A federal judge has ordered boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. to pay about $114,000 for avoiding questioning from rival fighter Manny Pacquiao's lawyers in a defamation case.

But on Monday, they won more than $113,000 in legal fees and $774 in costs for what U.S. District Judge Larry Hicks bluntly called "Mayweather's obviously intentional decision not to appear for his court ordered deposition."

I bet it does. Yeah, unfortunately unanounced means unannounced.

he agreed to more than what was required.

he just didn't agree to what floyd required.
