You're overlooking the fact that random testing doesn't mean you pick the dates. If Pacquiao was allowed to pick the dates it would no longer be random and the test would have been meaningless.

One in jan, one 30 days from the fight and one right away after the fight. Therefore they could show up on jan.1st or jan.26th, pac wouldn't know. Wouldn't this just makes it more risky If manny was really juicing? lol. Like I said why would he even take the chance of getting caught by entertaining to random blood test if he was really dirty?

If he was juicing he would have said no from the start Instead of offering 30 days then 24 then 14, this would just make it seem like he's trying to hide something if theres really something to hide so if he was really juicing he would have said no from the start and stand firm on it.

but it doesnt mean he was juicing. if he was why would he even entertain to being tested in the first place? ask urself that. i believe pac really thought he could call the shot but when he found out floyd wasnt moving thats when he revert back to agreeing to floyd's offer. in all honesty that made manny look bad, but i still stand by what i said, if he was juicing it would have been a no to blood test from the very beginning.
