Unless Maidana knocks Thurman out with one shot, I can't see him winning. Even if he drops Thurman, he will find it hard to finish him off because Thurman is always on the move and although we haven't seen him hold yet, I'm sure he would if he were ever seriously hurt.

Also don't expect Maidana to be as aggressive as he usually is if he fights Thurman, he will have to be a lot more cautious cos Thurman can punch going backwards, so Maidana could walk into something. Also Thurman is probably the best body puncher at 147.

I find it funny that the 1st sentence of the article says a "dominating performance" over Bundu....I was at the fight, Thurman fought like he had no clue what to do. People were booing the whole fight, not because of Bundu, who was coming forward all night, but because of the way Thurman fought, or should I say not fought all night! The kid back peddled, circled and damn near ran away all night. Everyone I was around was expecting fireworks from him but were really disappointed in his fight.

Go through him? You mean, retreat backwards like a coward and run for 12 rounds?

Maidana will body you HARD, real HARD. You'll get STOMPED clown.

Thurman won every round and was never in any danger of losing. That's the definition of dominating.

This is a fight that should be made. No reason for it not to happen.

Marcos exposed Broner and will do the same to Thurman.
Keith is ambitious but lacks the talent required for the genuine A list.

Don't bother. You're talking to people who think it's a game of rock 'em, sock 'em robots.

And what does Bundu's age have to do with anything? He's a quality and awkward fighter. Thurman schooled him.

Casual fans like you are only impressed by fighters walking face first into punches for 12 rounds I guess.
you sir.. are biased.. I had big hopes for One Time putting on a show.. but he looked scared at times.. "safety first" with a VERY much overmatched bundu.. If he thought bundu was awkward? I can only imagine what he'll do to try to adjust to Maidana.. and Maidana hits way harder.. don't know.. I took two steps back on backing Thurman.. hope he rebounds good tho.. ha ha.. Casual fans only follow "face first" fighters.. cause they tend to think that's the most excitement.. real boxing fans admire a boxing clinic.. vs good opposition... no need to "outbox" someone way below your talent level.. look at kahn.. he did way better than I thought.. THAT'S A BOXING CLINIC..
