This guy has been boiling for 2 years over this. And one "weak" comment put him over the top? GTFO.

It's more likely that by the time he talked to Floyd, his mind was made up.
Look, I'm just trying to look at this as a lawyer. There's an old legal phrase that "you take your victim as you find them". Hayes called Mayweather up clearly in a rage, and Mayweather egged him on, apparently without knowing Moseley wasn't there. Regardless of what Mayweather did after the fact, it can still be argued that he was still the link in the chain of events somewhat, at least from that report.

              Read it for yourself.

"One Mayweather source says Floyd challenged Hayes, saying he was weak for not leaving her," TMZ reported. "At that point, as Floyd was on FaceTime, Hayes went off and said he was going to gun down Stephanie".

You would be a terrible lawyer.

Imagine yourself in court, trying to argue that Mayweather should be charged in a murder/suicide for telling a guy to not be weak, and leave his wife who cheated, INSTEAD OF KILLING HER.....on freaking FACETIME.

Thousands of times a day, women tell other women "don't be weak, leave your husband" if he beats them, or cheats on them.

Floyd so ****** and just doesn't think. Can't fault him since he doesn't have much to work with in the brain department

Weak for not LEAVING HER. Not weak for not KILLING HER.

I'm having an awfully hard time figuring out what's so confusing about this.

Right. It doesn't say "you're weak for not gunning her down" which is what you want us to infer.
