Comments Thread For: Anthony Joshua: Fury vs. Chisora Rematch Was Crap!

ANTHONY JOSHUA wants to bring some excitement back into the heavyweight scene after describing the world title eliminator between British rivals Dereck Chisora and Tyson Fury last Saturday as "crap" and "boring."

Joshua was in the audience at the ExCeL Arena and did not enjoy what he saw - despite Fury's 10th-round win - and believes he could beat either man right now.

Tyson Fury will avoid Anthony Joshua like the plague.

I think Joshua beats every other UK heavyweight easily, including Fury.

Fighting joshua is pointless when he is mandatory for wlad. Sounds like wlad/jennings in april then fury unless wlad makes fury wait like pulev. Fury can fight joshua later when the build up is more them they have it in webley like bruno/lewis...

Steady Eddy! Joshua still has a lot to learn,he needs experience first.I think Joshua will be the next best heavy but to say he beats Fury now, well i'm not sold on that.

Of course he isn't. Even though Hearn is talking complete ****, I'd love him to make the fight early next year and listen to all the casuals crying because Fury knocked out their boy.

Joshua has a glass jaw, and will go down like a sack of spuds when anyone lands on it. Trust.

Hopefully he doesn't run into Savon while in Cuba. Although, it would be nice watching him get schooled again.

I don't think AJ has a glass jaw. He took Cammarelle's best punches as an amateur without going down. I know that was with headguards, but still, Cammarelle can ****.

I believe the rumours of him getting sparked by Price in sparring are true. But Price's right hand is one of the hardest punches in boxing, so getting decked by Price doesn't spell "glass jaw" to me.

I agree with you though, that AJ is not ready for Fury yet.

IMO, the only reason AJ and Hearn have started sounding off about Fury since he beat Chisora is because they know that Tyson isn't in any position to call their bluff. He is mandatory for Wlad now and getting Wlad into the ring with him is going to be the only thing on Fury's mind next summer.
