People really are selective on what they believe from a person. One minute Stephen A knows nothing. But when it supports a person narrative he is the all knowing one.

It's a known fact that Mayweather's fights are heavily promoted. They also spend enormous sums on undercards. Which is actually good and bad for the fans; Good for PPV buyers, but bad for subscribers because they don't really translate into producing more subscription-based fights - result of spending big on TBE fights, there's nothing left to fund regular fights.

But we noticed that they tried to spend "wisely" in promoting the Maidana 2, not to mention the crappy undercards. It's actually a Catch 22 for them. If they spend little on promotion, they attract less customers. If they spend big, they get more buyers, but the profit is not something to brag about.
hoya and schaefer are amateurs compared to arum. mayweather and haymon have been robbing them blind for years.

I sent you greenk because most of the posters on page 1, especially the TS, have a history of saying steven a knows nothing and is just a floyd homer. Yet whenever he delivers negative news or goes in on floyd they don't have any problem with him.

welcome to NSB.. now its manny's turn. so we all must wait for a floyd fan to go dig up and see if he can find anything negative on manny and the cycle repeats..

It doesn't surprise me in the least, Floyd's guarantees are ridiculous. That is all on Showtime though, they inked the pact. Although this has to be one of the quickest turnarounds in NSB history, now the numbers matter again? It hasn't even been 24 hours since things like revenue and PPV sales were unimportant .

And here you are doing the same thing you accused the poster above you of doing.

You don't have an agenda or are unbiased doe. Right?

What does the Canelo fight have to do with the two Maidana fights losing 16 million dollars?
doesn't mean they lost money on the whole deal given how much they made with Canelo.-meaning the whole deal is still profitable.

at no point did I suggest steven a was wrong, lied, or in any way deflected from his point about losing money this year on the Maidana fights.

                    You are trying too hard.

He talks about how Bob arum needs to get out of the way to make the fight happen-nothing most of us haven't said as well.

                      .
Him saying Arum has to get out of the way is opinion and coming from Floyd's mouth. If he parrot's what Floyd is saying he has no credibility, but he's not quoting Floyd when he says Showtime lost money.
