Ring magazine has been known for promoting fighters via rankings. Also it is owned by Golden Boy Promotions or something now, so I wouldn't call it very credible.

They improve the rankings of their fighters for certain reasons.

Is what it is. With Wilder-Stiverne negotiations stalling, Jennings along with Tyson Fury are probably the only two possible opponents with a pulse.

Hasn't Stiverne-Wilder been finalized for sometime in January?

it has you're right, I was just referring to the drawn out process that pushed it to January 2015. The winner of that fight prob won't be ready by April and Klitschko doesn't need to wait around and hope that unification happens, especially if Haymon is involved.

Yeah, but Wlad is smart by fighting Jennings who will then give up his mando with WBC. However, he'll have an issue himself because the WBO will call a mando for Fury before July 31st I believe.

So if Wlad wants to fight winner of Stiverne/Wilder, he'll have to do it in the summer and vacate the WBO or beat Fury in the summer and fight the WBC champion in November or in 2016.

He'll have a few things to sort out.
