I agree Russell wasn't landing as much as Lomo but Lomo wasn't throwing but what 20 punchs a round maybe 30. Though Russell wasn't landing much he was out jabbing, and constantly attacking Lomo.

I scored it for 1 round in Russells favor because he conconstantly pressed the action and never allowed movement to slow him down. Lomo I give for landing the more powerful punchs but I feel Russell pressed more often and out punched lomo. Though much didn't land, he pushed the fight, while Lomo tried to outbox.
This is the ******est thing I've ever heard. You are straight up admitting that while he threw a lot of punches, he didn't land them. Go watch Mayweather vs Baldomir and score that fight based off your logic. You'll think Baldomir won. I mean let's see he pressured more often, and outpunched Mayweather. Though much didn't land, he pushed the fight while Mayweather tried to box.

Yes he didn't land alot and in my view alot that missed where jabs to close the distance. Russell at times wwas throwing possibly 3 or 4 jabs (which where throw away punchs) and then through combos in close. Unfortunately for Russell, Lomo did pick his punchs better but lacked constant attack and allowed Russell to out work him. It's what I saw... I'm not saying Russell beat him in amazing fashion, in fact it could have gone either way in my view depending on how you score.

Funny because with the performance Lomo gave, if it where Mayweather would have lost. If Russell was Manny, he would have won under the terms he pushed the action. Just showing how bias some fans can be. I just feel it was far from a shut out and could have gone either way. Also I was far from impressed with Lomo as everyone else it.

Walters in fact would KTFO out of Lomo. His style is far from historical and unfortunately for long term amateur fighter like Rigondeaux and Lomo it does more damage than any good

You're entitled to your opinion about the outcome of Walters-Loma bc it hasn't happened yet but the rest of the stuff is crap. Loma didn't have a consistent enough attack to win? Well he was consistently outlanding Russell with better, more effective punches. So what does that say? You prefer Russell's consistently bad attack? And how are you gonna say Mayweather would have lost in that situation when the guy hasn't lost? It's not like he's been on the bad end of a decision bc no decision has ever been bad for him. He is outworked in just about every fight but still wins because he outboxes the worker. Just like Lomachenko did in dominant fashion in this fight. Stop making up biases and double standards that don't exist. The Manny-Marquez fights were all extremely close and in those fights Manny landed actual punches and did damage to Marquez. Russell never landed a thing of note and all damage inflicted was on him.

how could u not be impressed with a master piece like that. he controlled everything in that fight russel is also a amateur god its not just some fighter. i could see saying it was boring but to say its not impressive is an insult to the sport. Its just one those things the better you are the more you get critiqued and thats a fact.

Lomo often in my eyes hit the bicycle, lacking counter shots when open and Russell kept coming throwing combos and landing. Unlike the Rigo/Donaire fight Donaire didn't do anything to push the action... While Russell kept pushing.
What did you see because you can say I saw it badly but all you can say is that. I have boxed since a child and was brought up seeing the boxer who pushed the action won the fight... Russell in my view dictated the pace and when Lomo moved Russell came in to attack no just follow.
after the fight Russell said he agreed he lost and would hard hard to come back better.
