I gave Russell 3 rounds and I was being generous.

And the 2-3 rounds Loma got on his bike for majority of he round, Russell won.

Not because he won the rounds, so much as Loma lost them. Because even then Russell was hitting mokstly air.

Ok so how did you score the fight?

I know Russell was a great hype for many on boxing forums, but he got absolutely worked, and schooled. He didn't look like he belonged in the same arena as Loma, much less the same ring.

The difference in class was so apparent, and visible, I felt sorry for Russell.

No way Russell won more than 2 rounds, if that.

Loma gave him a boxing lesson.

Lomachenko did whatever he wanted that night. His biggest downfall was he gave away a few rounds by not throwing punches, but Russell never actually asserted himself on Lomachenko. Your pushing the pace argument is complete garbage since he was outlanded in every round and never landed in double digits in a round. That's like saying Baldomir beat Mayweather bc he brought the action. 10 rounds-2 like one poster mention is not an unreasonable score.

I literally just don't see how it is possible to score it for Russell. Not only was Loma landing the cleaner harder shots throughout, but he significantly outlanded him In 5 of 12 rounds he landed 3 to 1 on Russell. Are you seriously saying he didn't win 1 other round despite still outlanding him in the other 7 of 12?

I'd love for you to explain 7 rounds you gave to Russell.

Look no further than the end of the fight. Lomachenko jumps in his trainers arms knowing he just won a title. Russell doen't even pretend like he won as he walks back to his corner completely defeated. Showing that you are literally the only person on Earth who believes he won.

If it where Pacman who in my eyes performed much like he did against Marquez where he pressed the action but countered much of the fight. .. pac won. I saw Russell pressing the action and alot of Lomo taking too much time to do ananything remotely winning. I scored it for 1 round in Russells favor because he conconstantly pressed the action and never allowed movement to slow him down. Lomo I give for landing the more powerful punchs but I feel Russell pressed more often and out punched lomo. Though much didn't land, he pushed the fight, while Lomo tried to outbox.
