What would he be making on his own is the question?

Cotto, ODH and Floyd maximized their earning potential by leaving.

I'm just glad that cotto is reaping the benefits. No need to argue about it.

When has Cotto EVER been the draw that Pac has been?....so terrible comparison.

Is that why he threatened to pull out of the ODLH and Hatton fight over money? Because he would fight for free?

Interesting thing is Cotto is the one in the driver's seat this time. He shouldn't accept anything less than at least a 60/40 split as well as the gloves and weight of his choice. Cotto has all the leverage in these negotiations with either Floyd or Canelo.
Yeah well too bad because Cotto is going to KO him in the rematch. The first time around Cotto was fat, had a circus of a camp with amateur Diaz... this in shape version of Roach will demolish Floyd. That's why he is ducking the rematch hard.

The moment Cotto took Martinez' belt I knew this was a plausible fight. If Bob doesn't accept the offer (for Pac) to fight Mayweather, than this may be the back up plan. Especially with Cotto Alvarez looming.

I dont really care to see Cotto / Mayweather but how does anybody think that this fight would be a better fight than the Canelo fight.

No way in hell Floyd plants his feet for a second if he rematches Cotto. So why would you want to watch that fight when Cotto / Canelo is pretty much guaranteed to be a really good fight?

Cotto was in the drivers seat last time and got all of that too except the money split. And he knows better than to ask for that. He may get a 75/25 this time tho

The Canelo fight is absolutely meaningless, but a Mayweather fight for the MW belt vs his undefeated record has all the meaning in the world and much more money.

What fighters do you like? I ask because every post you make ( and your prof pic) is about a fighter you don't.
