But that's more likely than Wlad suddenly turning into an offensive beast that'll kill an ATG in 3 rounds when he carries journeymen fighters into longer than that.

A simple picture, a simple video some simple graphs, any line of evidence you could think of converges on the same thing.
Joe Frazier would not even be ALLOWED to fight in the HW division today because he was too small. And he wouldn't be allowed to box at all because he was half blind!Ascended likes this.

The foreman fight doesn't bode well for frazier in this one. i think an aggressive frazier has a chance if he can get in there and test wlad's chin but the smart money would have to be on wlad.
Again I think it's a case of the pre manny wlad possibly coming up a cropper but the post manny wlad coming out on top.

He lost 4 times, 2ce by vicious KO.
Of the 13 remaining opponents he failed to KO more than half of them.
Featherfist!
Frazier was able to knock down Ali, stop the iron jawed Jerry Quarrey twice and George Chuvalo. Featherfist? Myth BUSTED.

Wlad fights timidly against Eddie Chambers, so you would imagine him doing the same against Frazier. Not unthinkable that Wlad would win though, but definitely not early. also, Frazier was kind of flubby and not in his best shape vs Foreman and had only fought twice in 2 years against limited opposition. Completely different fighter to '70 version of Frazier, although the result of the Foreman fight might not be different as it seems Frazier's style was tailor made for Foreman.

KO loss 3 times. 2 through gassing, one of them not even legit.
Only 1 loss via way of getting punched out clean in 67 HW fights average opponent 235lbs. No other boxer even comes close to this.
All 3 of Wlads stoppages were legit. If Wlad was good enough he would have avoided that beautiful combination from Brewster that had him crying poison. Or that right hand uppercut by purity which sent him to the floor or that whole beat down by sanders. He was LUCKY, SO LUCKY that he got cut against Davyll Williamson who almost had him before the fight had to be stopped.
