Fight and beat a top 10 or 20 opponent Shannon, and then get back to us
that's how i feel about it too. I wonder how far he could of gone if he was in this kind of shape in his prime years. His last good win was the last second knockout for the WBO title against Liakhovich. He was losing that fight too...

Oddly Shannons resume is better than most of Walds recent opponents. HEs been staying busy with wxyz opponents....7 so far this year. Hes dedicated and IN SHAPE. better now than he was. He had two fights in 5 days lol. Target practice as Briggs calls it.

it will be like watching kovalev hopkins, with less punches and no movement from briggs.

Glad to see all those German stiffs had something interesting to watch for the money they paid while Klitchko went through the motions of his latest set up. Watching Briggs watch Klit is 10 times more interesting than watching Klit fight

He's in weightlifting shape. That doesn't mean he is in boxing shape. Why not give Dexter Jackson or some other IBBF bodybuilder a title shot. Let Briggs beat somebody that is a legitimate fighter before he gets crushed in Brooklyn or somewhere in Germany.

That's his only good win. Briggs has a few good losses for what this is worth and a bogus draw against Botha and a bogus win against Foreman. Really Briggs can only fool the most casual fans into thinking he deserves a title shot. For Wlad to fight Briggs that to me is similar to Ali's defenses in Malaysia or England. This fight could be as ugly as the beating Briggs took from Vitali.

but your not him...you're a rat.

i'm not sure how smart he was with his money, but HW make freaking bank when they're in their primes.

without a doub,t he's made millions in purses over the course of his career. 400,000 against foreman alone, according to my sources.

evidently he had a 700,000 purse against vitali, and only saw 25,000 after "expenses." i din't have the time to read into it fully right now. briggs was in the hospital with a torn bicep, broken nose, broken orbital bone on both sides of his face, and a broken ear drum.

i'd be pissed, too , but i wouldn't be going back to the same guy who robbed me.

Shannon Brigg last opponent: Richard Carmack, 12-5 at the time having lost his last 5 and his last 3 by KO.

Wladimir's last opponent: Pulev, 20-0 at the time, having lost 0 times and the european HW champ and IBF mandatory.

                    You're just a gem.
