Sanchez could've been the greatest but it's unfair to say he was the greatest based on speculation alone since he died so young. The sample size is too small compared to what other guys were able to accomplish to simply overlook.

Chavez had a terrific career and was one of the most skilled offensive fighters of all time, as well as displaying great defence which often gets overlooked.
    Yeah that's 100% true!

I'm still troubled to who to give my vote, to me it's really close between Chavez and Sanchez. However I'll vote to one of them two. Richardt have point about Finito's opponent, that made me rethink of his greatness, but one thing is sure - techniquly he was beautiful to watch. Aaaand I think that Morales is very underated, I rank him above Morales (and Barrera for that matter).

how great would he be remembered, would he woulda wound up as the greatest mexican fighter of all time, knowing hes beaten every fighter hes faced at least one time and hes only lost to 1 fighter in a really close fight twice(barrera)

morales resume woulda been crazy(48-2 arguably 50 and 0 if not from close decision)

            wins over...................

            zaragoza
            j.jones
            espadas(twice)
            hernandez
            ayala
            j.chavez
            k.kelley
            mc collough
            chi
            ramirez
            barrera
            pacquiao

would he been considered the greatest mexican boxer of all time considering hes a 3 weight division world champ and last fighter to have beaten prime pacquiao in boxing at 48 and 2

i personally think he was the greatest mexican fighter ever but everyone disagrees and i think if he ended his career after the pacquiao fight, i think morales woulda been easily in the top 15 greatest fighters of all time

what do people think about morales, the most exciting fighter arguably in boxing history, the type of fighter who fights for the fans

            el terrible
after his prime, morales still did something even though he wasnt as great as he once was...........................
morales should be a 5 division champ, got robbed vs diaz(only 4 division)

by the way, barrera lost twice to sorry azz junior jones, morales beat him in 5 rounds,

barrera lost twice to pacquiao, lol, morales beat manny one time,

barrera was a 3 division champ,
morales was a 4 division champ,

hamed never beat any good fighter, the best fighter that hamed has ever beaten was kevin kelley and kevin kelley isnt a great, lol, hamed got dropped many times by kevin kelley, hamed was overated as **** homie, after he got exposed, he retired cause he knew he wasnt that good, lol, barreras win vs hamed means **** to me
I see your point, not debating it. Marquez, Morales and Barrera have such a comparable career that it is hard to pick which one was more accomplished

Chavez barrea for me I haven't seen much of the others but I rank Marco highly because of his ability to change his style so at the drop of hat mid career.

Finito was the most skilled but lacks the marquee name

Sanchez is the guy that legends are made of
pretty much. if he did what he did in this day and age, all anyone would talk about is how he's going to end up being the greatest fighter ever. he'd be the lebron of boxing.

(but I won't because I'm such a cool guy)" you MUST love it, he is the face of boxing with his legendary toughness... while Lopez is not classic mexican boxer, he PERFECTED every move in the ring that it was incredible to watch, every move was fluent. The greatest ever in his weightclass(es), you could only question the level of his opponent that was never rich that much in these weightclasses. He had suspectable chin to say at least but it's not his fault and even those fights where he was dropped, he got up and won them all (convincingly).

How did Lopez accomplish the most?

Ricardo Lopez is overrated, he should not be above the trio. Sanchez died too soon so can't give him credit for fantasy potential career. Chavez is clearly the best.
