Between Sanchez and Chavez probably, Saldivar needs to be higher on that list though.

Finito. Textbook perfect complete fighter. If I were to teach someone how to box I would show them Lopez. He does everything right.

I can see Olivares is greatly underrated on this forum.

Sanchez: 3 Hall of Fame fighters whose streaks ended when they fought Sanchez, two were unbeaten. Two were defeated during their prime, one before his prime, all were considered greats. Nelson, Gomez, Little Red. None of them heard the final bell.

Ricardo Lopez: Not a single Hall of Fame fighter on his resume.

              Pretty obvious who was greater.

And Danny Little Red Lopez who was clearly Hall of Fame as well as Azumah Nelson, also rated as an ATG who went on to win 17 title fights which included defenses. I looked that one up because I knew he had a ton of defenses.

There's only 10 poll options so I didn't even have room for Erik Morales, Juan Zurita, Gilberto Roman, Kid Azteca, Jose Luis Ramirez, Baby Arizmendi, Rafael Herrera, Humberto Gonzalez, Daniel Zaragoza, and Jose Luis Castillo. Some of these guys definitely deserve consideration for Top 10 in Mexican history.
