My first reaction when I read this was that no way would BHop come to the UK for Froch
But then, "no way" was exactly what I thought when I first read about BHop vs Kovalev!
Maybe Bernard has it in mind to do something else which would shock people just as much, something Andre Ward was afraid to do.
BHop is definitely not an opponent Froch would relish fighting anywhere but at Wembley.
So maybe be Hopkins is planning to make him an offer he can't refuse?

Actually Ward called Froch out for a fight at the Wembley Stadium (right after the Kessler II fight, when Ward was near the ring)... Froch didn't want it, and I agreed with him then...

Froch definitely did want it. Ward apparantly changed his tune when Eddie Hearn tried to make the fight.

Interestly, Froch mentions Bernard Hopkins as a possible alternative to Ward in this article.

Hopkins is almost assuredly a Vegas fight for Froch, something he wants. Anyone who can give Froch that Vegas fight is a possibility he'll seriously consider.

Man, they shouldn't so an east coast fight on the west coast. Not a Vegas fight IMO, keep it in boardwalk near Philly so his fans can travel up

Maybe vs. Golovkin at 168? GGG would take it! The result would be the same as Kovalev though. I doubt GGG knocks Hopkins out but he has even better skills than Kovalev.

Have nothing but respect for the "Alien". Took an asswhipping that put most of Kov's opposition to sleep and made no excuses and showed great class in his post-fight commentary.
