That exchange before Kovalev fell was absolutely brutal. Pascal took some shots to the body that made me cringe. Pascal was hurt to the body and head... Right before Kov slipped, Kov landed a few right hand killers to the body but there was one big one as pascal was falling back that made him throw his hands down to protect and then he got hit with a HUGE shot to the head. Ropes kept him up. Pascal couldnt even stand still it was a good stoppage. Kov was brutalizing him to the head and body. Pascal has got some poker face. There were times where he was clearly stiffened out in his stance... Even the last two right hands he took he appeared to no longer be looking at kov, seemed like he was looking at the side.

Probably not, but he can shut off Kovalev's lights with that left before he even knows what's going on... Wouldn't be the same kind of fight for sure, but after last night, I think Kovalev can be put to sleep ... He sure showed some flaws...

Too bad the ref is in the way and we can't see clearly the effect of the punch, but I think Kovalev was down there... Pascal, even if wobbling, acts like if Kovalev would get the count... The guy with the towel only made it worst for Pascal taking what was left of his balance away... Would have Pascal survive the round ? Probably not but Kovalev should have got a standing 8 count there... Nevertheless it was the first time I saw Kovalev hurt and wondering... The guy is not unbeatable, even for Pascal.. Great fight, and great heart from the Haitian ...
that's a knockdown itself I believe, not called

Kovalev is a vicious monster with serious skillz.

Shifting from orthodox to southpaw, beautiful.

Great jab, distance control and in and out movement.

Only guy who has a chance is Stevenson because of his 1 punch KO power.

GGG is also super effective when he shifts. It's also how Pirog knocked out Jacobs. We dont see shifting as much anymore in this day and age or is it just me?

Diamond Belt I believe. They're trying to corner and force Aducknis to fight him.
